We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Provide support in employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and report preparation.
Keep abreast of the latest HR trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software is a plus.
Available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
This is an unpaid internship position, but we offer flexible scheduling and a supportive learning environment. As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable experience and make meaningful contributions to our HR team.
