Provide guidance and counselling on HR-related issues.
Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with the organization's goals.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
Skills and Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management.
Strong experience in HR policies and procedures, performance management, Learning and development, talent management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
GCC experience preferred.
