Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. This position will oversee and manage the HR operations and retail section of our company. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the field of human resources and possess strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting, candidate selection, interviewing, to onboarding.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.
Nurture a positive working environment and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Oversee the retail section of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Provide guidance and support to staff, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company's general administrative activities.
Report directly to senior management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in human resources management.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop strategy as well as align strategy with business objectives.
Strong knowledge in labor law and HR practices.
