Job summary:
The HR Officer will assist the HR Manager in the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function of the company. They will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to support the overall business plan and objectives.
· Responsible for talent acquisition, when required.
· Support the recruitment process and ensure it is in compliance with all UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
· Maintain and update employee records, including but not limited to, hiring, promotions, transfers, performance evaluations, and terminations.
· Administer employee benefits programs.
· Co-ordinate and assist in enhancing employee engagement.
· Assist in conducting investigations and provide recommendations for disciplinary actions.
· Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on HR matters.
· Knowledge of the UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
· Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to employee relations.
· Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees.
· Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports.
