Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
Cooperating with the Administration, IT and Finance Departments of the Group Company to assist in handling cross-departmental tasks.
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Handling some cross-country HR support activities.
Providing innovative HR initiatives according to HQ’s requirements and local regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in an HR Supervisor / HRM / HRBP or equivalent role.
Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.
Effective communication and critical thinking skills applied at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates empathy and experience to drive diversity & inclusion strategies.
Demonstrated experience learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams.
Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
Expert consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
Excellent language skills, fluent in English & Mandarin, Qualifications: • BA/BS degree.
Experience working in a technology environment.
Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment.
Able to settle in Abu Dhabi,UAE.
