Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Officer, located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing human resources policies, employee relations, creating job description and participating in company recruitment processes. The incumbent will report to the General Manager and work closely with department managers to ensure HR initiatives and strategies are aligned with our organization's mission, vision, and business objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in human resources management, HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of general human resources functions and employment laws and practices in the UAE
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience in employee relations and performance management
Demonstrated ability to develop job descriptions, job postings and identify qualified candidates
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
Professional HR certification such as SHRM or HRCI is an advantage
Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
