Create and manage the budget of the HR department by monitoring expenditures
Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including onboarding, creating learning and development initiatives, and off boarding

Proven HR business partner experience, ideally within an international organization
Prior experience of acting as a confidant to senior management whilst maintaining credibility and acceptance at all levels of the organization.
The ability to work closely with functional peers.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in selection, training, development, staffing, performance management, job evaluation, compensation, change management, employee and organizational structure design.
Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
