Key Responsibilities include the following:
Administration & Compensation
Liaise with third parties for the visa issuance and renewal process in the GCC.
Support salary surveys and compensation benchmarks analysis.
Support HR & headcount budgeting two times a year.
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare compensation letters and employee documents. Ensure that all employee documents are properly recorded/stored.
Handle insurance enrolment and cancelation for employees in the Region.
Purchase Order creation and follow-up.
Provide minimum support to the HR department, i.e. booking of events/interviews, expense claim, etc.
Work closely with various Departments, offering a consultancy service to assist managers in the deployment of HR Policies and Procedures.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data.
Training tracking management.
Maintain the organisational charts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Perform checks on Retail rotas.
Support with events, i.e. Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, employee engagement activities.
Draft internal announcements for new joiners and promotions.
Support new joiners onboarding.
Profile:
Master of Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication in English is essential. Arabic is a plus.
Competent with figures and reporting is essential.
Structured and well organized.
Ability to work with autonomy and juggling multiple priorities.
Strong team spirit.
Confidentiality, assertiveness, capacity of following up and following through with autonomy.
