Senior Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai
We are looking for a strong Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources within the Middle East region including Saudi Arabia. He / She should be able to lead , direct and develop the entire HR Team. He/ he will manage the implementation and compliance of Human Resources policies, procedures, systems, provide expertise, support, and advice in the various Human Resources functions, which include Staffing, Hiring, Mobilization, Compensation, Benefits, Performance management, Training and Development, Employment Law and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will report to the Vice President of Human Resources, International.
Manage the entire Human Resources team of the Middle East and Saudi Arabia jurisdictions.
Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records.
Ensure the ERP Human Resources System is properly updated and contains accurate employees’ data.
Manage the mobilization process and the Mobilization teams.
Day to Day interaction and collaboration with Senior Management and the Operations teams.
Provide specialist consultation to the company's management.
Contribute insights and recommendations to develop the organization's growth strategies.
Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
Manage the regions’ annual compensation reviews.
Ensure the regional medical insurance plans are properly implemented.
Resolve employee complaints and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Develop and implement internal HR policies as needed.
Collaborate with third party providers as needed.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources preferably at a Senior role.
Excellent knowledge of the English Language is mandatory.
Knowledge of the Arabic language will be an asset.
Previous experience within a multinational environment is essential for this role.
Credible experience of managing employee relations.
Strong ICT skills ideally with experience of ERP/HRMS.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate & inspire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Hands on approach and ability to multitask.
University Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts.
