Business Development Engineer Required in Dubai
Job Purpose:
Responsible for maximizing The companies sales of HVAC accessories, Values, Water Pumps and MEP products across the UAE. opening new doors for the company, crafting sales plans and justifying these to plans to the Senior management. To meet our customers’ acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Principal Accountabilities
Create new leads to achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and
ensure the continuity of its strong presence.
Establish collaborative relationships across and beyond own area to maximize the business’ performance and share best practices.
Growing the revenue & gross margin as per the company targets plans
Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to address satisfaction issues in a prompt manner.
Specify our product with the consultants by adding our brands name to the vendor lists.
Providing these customers with technical product support evaluating their project needs and
Establish good rapports with the customers and maintain the company’s image.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Reporting on a regular basis to the management.
Follow up on payments collections (if there’s any payment issues).
Minimum Requirement [Knowledge Skill and Experience]
Should hold bachelor’s degree of engineering from a reputable university.
With technical know-how about the product.
With 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
With good communication skills.
Fluent in English Language (read, write, speak); Arabic language an advantage.
Adept knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel & PowerPoint).
With UAE Driving License.
With good network of MEP Contractors/ Consultants in UAE
