Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and professional individual to take over as the Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role requires someone who can manage their workload and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing currency exchange company with excellent career progression.
About You:
Previous successful experience in sales, customer service
Experience in real estate is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
Can generate quality new leads
Advanced English
The ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships internally and externally
We offer:
You will be working not only on the UAE market but also with Europe, the UK, the US
In our industry the real wealth is generated on commissions, and therefore we offer a base salary up to 10,000 AED plus + 10 % commissions (no cap) on all new business that you bring to the company
You will be responsible for the whole process from generating new leads to meetings with clients and closing the deal.
Business trips to Europe.
Inhouse training, weekly coaching and mentoring, monthly team building events.
Central Dubai office in JLT (Monday - Friday).
Employment Visa and Health Insurance.
Growing, friendly and supportive team.
As a commission based job, you will be able to earn around AED 35,000 - 40,000 monthly
