Business Development Executive Required in Dubai -
Roles & Responsibilities
Generating leads and converting them into opportunities for sales.
Contacting potential B2B customers via telephone ,email and direct Visit.
Developing and maintaining new database contacts of potential customers.
Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive service sales.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Searching always for new clients generates chances to make an appointment.
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales.
Schedule appointments for a manager to meet prospective customers.
Calls prospective customers in a designated market area to qualify leads and explain the type of services offered.
Tracks daily, weekly, or monthly personal sales and direct reports to the manager.
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce company and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points to determine how company will speak to those needs.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Work with the BD team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Reporting to the manager immediately on any customer disputes or difficulties or other significant matters.
Requirement
Outbound calling, Tele sales, or customer service experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills and a robust telephone manner
Proven track record in a sales environment Personnel data and statistics are efficiently recorded, stored, and retrieved as appropriate.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate/ master’s degree
At least 3-5 years’ experience working as manpower industry.
Indians Preferred
Salary: 3000AED to 4000AED
Strong Microsoft Windows platform skills
Fluency in English – written and verbal.
Excellent written and technical presentation skills using data analytical tools.
Highly developed statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyse, interpret and manage information, data, and trends.
