Business Development Executive Required in Dubai
We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and energetic Business Development Executive or Sales Executive to join our dynamic team! If you have 1-3 years of experience in the digital marketing or media space, we want to hear from you!
You will be responsible for developing and growing our business by proactively finding and pursuing new sales opportunities, setting discovery meetings, pitching proposals and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with exceptional communication skills that allow you to quickly build relationships with clients and understand their needs. You’ll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and stay abreast of the digital marketing/media landscape.
Responsibilities
Prospect for potential new clients and turn these into increased business.
Make cold calls within a market or geographic area and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Create intelligent prospecting lists and build relationships with prospective partners leveraging existing and new networks (Agencies and direct clients)
Cold outreach prospects on various social media accounts such as LinkedIn, and generate qualified inquiries.
Prepare and deliver creative presentations/pitches on multiple products and services.
Work with the team to develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Collaborate with the internal team to meet customer needs.
Maintain a maximum retention rate on all existing accounts.
Maintain an understanding of the sales and marketing activities of prospective clients, as well as the strategic direction of their markets and competitors
Attend industry functions, association events, and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Consult mid-level and senior-level management on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years in the sales industry
An enthusiastic person with experience in digital and creative industries
Experience in complete sales cycle ideally including deal closing
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
Any valid GCC Driving License.
Graduate with any bachelor’s degree.
