About the role:
The Business Development Specialist will drive growth by identifying, connecting, and generating new clients looking for the services offered by Blupord. The right candidate is expected to develop a sustainable business development strategy through networking and online platforms and always ensure a healthy pipeline. This is an independent role and is on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and build a portfolio of clients from various industries. There is an excellent potential for career growth within the company, and compensation is generous commission-based earnings. Exceptional, high-achieving, confident, and knowledgeable candidates can be rapidly promoted. Location: The successful applicant will preferably be located in Dubai.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Build Blupord's network of new clients looking for the services the company provides within marketing, digital, and technology
Management of client account until the signing of the contract or job execution
Develop your region of the Middle East & International clientele by building positive working relationships with new clients/prospects
Utilise CRM and other tools to manage new and existing accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and provide quality assurance
Rapid lead generation through emails and calls and potentially in-person meetings with interested leads
About you:

This means that you are an outstanding individual who is motivated to succeed and has a sense of goal-driven urgency shaped by maturity and experience from previous similar sales successes. In sales and business development, confidence is essential, and you should be able to relate to clients’ requirements efficiently, providing them with beneficial solutions for their business.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a track record of exceptional sales achievement through the entire sales cycle, from lead identification to conversion and account management
Have strong experience in telesales and selling services remotely
Minimum 3 years experience in UAE in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of digital marketing & technology
Have an established and strong network across various industries
Excellent communication skills and easy build of rapport with the client
Be able to work autonomously, highly resilient, and respond positively to feedback
Exhibits experience in approaching, building professional relations, scheduling meetings (either via Zoom or in person), influencing and negotiating at senior organizational levels, and managing multiple clients at one time
Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree or other relevant certification, and the right to work and live in UAE
Must have a UAE driving license
