Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in business development and account management. Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of the Arabic language is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
· Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base.
· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets for each quarter and full year.
· Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to create tailored solutions.
Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation
Sales and Negotiation:
· Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable agreements.
· Work to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining healthy client relationships.
Account Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their online research requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
· Manage client accounts by overseeing project execution and ensuring the highest level of service.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts.
Market Research Expertise:
· Stay updated on industry trends and market research best practices.
· Act as a subject matter expert in market research to effectively address client needs.
Requirements:
· Proven 6-8 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably in the market research industry or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
· Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
· A self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
