Business Development Manager Required in Dubai Experience - 2-3years in Interior Design Company in UAE Salary - AED 15,000+commission & above Nationality - Russian, Chinese, Indian, European Driving License is mandatory We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Self-generating and creating leads and setting up meetings with potential clients. Absolute ability to present and showcase the design studio, the fitout division and the joinery and furniture factories to leverage the best deals. Ability to bring in design briefs from clients – present the same in clear communication and written format to the design & estimation teams. Servicing leads generated by the Studio in a professional & timely manner. Daily update on the CRM on activities carried out and leads / progress on leads.
