Key Responsibilities
To lead in closing deals and opportunities resulting for the business against overall agreed targets (KPI) in Fleet Telematics/IOT and Automotive business of TME.
To manage directly/indirectly viable targeted client relationship-driven Business Development Plan for TME.
Strong partnership with Sales colleagues to support business deals in different stages of sales development.
Promote collaboration, partnership, and common solutions with internal teams and external partners.
Strong base network of contacts for opportunities, prospecting, and partner collaborations for business development and other value-add business activities.
Manage overall solution deployment, from technical demonstration, POC, completion of the sales cycle, and coordination with operations teams to deliver according to agreed timelines.
Technically able to conduct own demonstration, explain technical terms and propose working solutions to current customer and prospects potential.
High degree of attention to customer service, relationships and need base selling for long-term relationships.
Understand current products and development roadmaps to maximize the Services opportunity.
Preparation of regular reports based on sales pipeline and achievements.
Generate, qualify and convert sales leads.

Requirements
University graduate with relevant senior-level business experience in Telematics / IoT.
Well versed in IT/ IOT and transportation (automotive) technologies and trends in the local and global markets.
Strong business competencies in sales, marketing, negotiation, contracting, presentation and project management Strong project management skills with systematic thinking and attention to details.
Ability to produce high-quality proposal and tender documents.
Resourceful and able to drive and execute several business initiatives at any one time.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Confident professional with the ability to think independently
