Business Development Representative Required in Dubai -
We are seeking a Business Development Representative who will collaborate closely with our management team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by reaching out to potential and existing customers through various channels of communication such as Apollo, Chat, websites, virtual trade shows, social media and online forums etc.
Having experience in independently generating leads and meeting sales targets will be an added advantage for this role. You will be accountable for the entire sales cycle, which involves initiating customer contact, nurturing relationships, arranging meetings and closing deals. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive proper after sales service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualify leads from various campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients via emails and phone & other channels
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Build reports to present to the manager.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build & use well-written proposals & sales documents to pitch to potential clients
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role in the digital, IT, Cloud, Web Hosting related industry.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM systems.
Fluency in English + a bonus with other languages
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
