Business Support Executive Required in Dubai I am currently working with a multinational company who are expanding their team in Dubai. You will be assisting the Managing Director and the META Sales Team in achieving their sales goals and KPIs by delivering comprehensive business administration support. Roles and responsibilities: The role is a mix of System Administration, Communications, General Administration, Event Administration and Project Administration. Providing high level business support and administrative processes to the META Team. Ensuring timely resolution of sales team inquiries, precise and up-to-date recording of customer data on Salesforce. Organizing sales meetings, and executing ad-hoc projects, tenders, and bids. Maintain and manage internal systems and databases, identifying and capturing updates on Salesforce. Setting up and creating customer accounts, building customer profiles. Acting as first point of contact for META sales queries, directing outreach and updating the META team on relevant cyber industry news. Collating reports and presentations, dealing with sales invoice queries, and reporting on purchase order paperwork. Managing and updating the META shared Dropbox folders and producing sales management reports. Support META sales team with tender preparation. REQUIREMENTS: You must have experience using either Salesforce or Tableau within your current or previous role. Strong attention to detail in all administrative work. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar position is necessary. Experience working for a cybersecurity/IT company would be advantageous.
