Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and solutions for our projects. Create compelling visual designs for various mediums, including print and digital collateral, branding, presentations, packaging, and advertising materials. Develop and refine brand identities, ensuring consistency and coherence across different platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to drive creative excellence. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continually enhance design skills and knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency environment. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, packaging, and print materials. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles. Attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines. *** Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
