You will need the desire to work with numbers and balance and be an enthusiast for the RTS game genre. Requirements Min. 2 years experience in the same field. Interest in working with numbers for a mi-core F2P project. Strong background in mathematics. Experience of having your own game project (e.g. maps, mods, and content). Ability to express thoughts clearly, and present well-structured ideas. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactivity. Able to speak Russian. Desirable: Knowledge of the RTS genre. Knowledge of World War II. Experience of gameplay and meta. Experience of working on a mid-core F2P project. Experience with balance. Ability to work in Unity 3D. Understand the technical part of the project or the ability to program.
