Sales Development Specialist Responsibilities: Acquisition of new customers Meeting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a customer database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Creating a plan to approach new customers. Visiting new potential customers with proposal offers. Searching for and creating new opportunities for sale expansion. Expanding business with current customers.
