Responsibilities: Greet arriving and departing guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, following established procedures. Assist guests with their luggage or belongings as needed. Provide clear and accurate information about valet parking services and hotel facilities. Maintain a neat and organized valet parking area. Ensure the security and safekeeping of guest vehicles. Keep accurate records of vehicle details and parking transactions. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to enhance the guest experience. Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle guest vehicles safely and responsibly. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
