Property consultant Required in Dubai - Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and establish a professional relationship with them. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with clients. Build and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale. Prepare and present detailed property reports to clients. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients. Stay up-to-date with property market trends and knowledge of the legal requirements related to property sales in Dubai. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. Attend company training programs and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge. Requirements: Work experience in UAE real estate market with a proven track record of sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the Dubai property market and legal requirements related to property sales/leases. Good organizational and time management skills. UAE driving license and a car is preferable.
