As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for handling leasing activities and catering to the ready market in the real estate industry. Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and properties for leasing purposes. Handle property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and facilitate lease agreements between landlords and tenants. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and prospective tenants. Provide expert advice on market trends, rental rates, and property value to assist clients in making informed decisions. Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved. Stay updated with industry regulations and market changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract tenants and promote available properties. Attend industry events, network with industry professionals, and actively participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base. Meet or exceed leasing targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Requirements Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role, specifically in property leasing and the ready market. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, rental rates, and legal requirements. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively deal with clients, landlords, and tenants. Excellent sales and customer service abilities, with a track record of achieving targets and closing deals. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple leasing transactions simultaneously. Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant real estate tools and technologies.
