Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather data on property trends, pricing, demand and supply, and other relevant factors. Analyze the gathered information to identify opportunities and risks for clients. Property Valuation: Assess the value of properties by analyzing market conditions, comparable sales, property condition, and other relevant factors. Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property valuations to support their decision-making process. Property Listing and Promotion: Assist property owners in listing their properties for sale or lease. Develop effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants, including utilizing online platforms, traditional advertising methods, and personal networks. Property Search and Selection: Help clients find suitable properties that align with their requirements and preferences. Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on the suitability, investment potential, and value of properties. Negotiation and Deal Closing: Represent clients in negotiations with property sellers, buyers, or landlords to achieve favorable terms and conditions. Facilitate the drafting and review of contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documentation. Ensure smooth transaction processes and guide clients through closing deals. Financial Analysis: Assist clients in evaluating the financial feasibility of property investments. Analyze cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI), and other financial metrics to help clients make informed investment decisions. Market Updates and Guidance: Stay updated with industry trends, government regulations, and changes in property laws. Provide clients with regular updates, insights, and recommendations regarding market conditions, investment opportunities, and potential risks. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, industry stakeholders, and relevant service providers such as lenders, lawyers, and appraisers. Network actively to expand client base and generate referrals. Ethical Conduct: Adhere to professional standards, codes of ethics, and legal regulations governing the real estate industry. Maintain confidentiality, transparency, and integrity in all transactions and interactions with clients. Qualifications: 1. Excellent communication skills. 2. Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills. 3. Self-motivated, confident, persevering. 4. Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven. 5.
