Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers often means shifting gears at the last minute; ideal candidates need to be quick on their feet, have strong negotiation tactics, and have great interpersonal skills. As the market changes so frequently, our employees need to keep updated with the latest property trends and any new laws to be able to advise their clients correctly.
