Position Overview:

The Property Consultant will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or lease properties. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients interested in purchasing, selling or leasing properties. You will work closely with developers, investors, and buyers to identify suitable opportunities, provide market insights, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on the real estate market, property values, and investment opportunities.
Assist clients in defining their property goals and requirements.
Create and maintain property listings, including high-quality photos and detailed descriptions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about property trends and pricing.
Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters.
Ensure properties are presented in their best condition to attract potential clients.
Negotiate property deals between buyers and sellers.
Assist clients in making offers, counteroffers, and facilitating the closing process.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
Utilize various marketing channels such as online listings, social media, and print materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
Attend networking events and maintain a professional image to attract new clients.
Ensure that all property transactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Continuously monitor market conditions, property values, and trends to provide clients with informed advice.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using real estate software and online listing platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and the ability to work independently.
Strong ethics and integrity in dealing with clients and properties.
A valid UAE driving license and a car is an advantage.
