Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in handling property transactions.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
A valid real estate license is preferred.
