Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Property Consultant at NAQSAR Properties. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional real estate brokerage services to clients, including buying, selling and leasing properties. You will also be expected to source new clients, actively maintain relationships, and manage existing clients, ensuring they receive the best customer service experience. You will be expected to stay informed on current trends in the real estate market and the various Dubai districts, maintaining a high level of knowledge that will help you provide accurate advice and insightful solutions to clients.
Basic Salary + Commission
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Property Consultant in the Dubai real estate market
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently with clients to determine their requirements and needs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
Deep knowledge of Dubai's premium residential districts and the real estate market
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, multitasking effectively, and managing multiple clients simultaneously
Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages considered an asset
