Compensation: pocket money of 2,500 AED + Commission (50% to 60% depending on experience)
Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify property investment opportunities
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process
Negotiate property deals and ensure favorable terms for clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry
Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives
Keep accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Valid real estate license (preferred)
