Real Estate Administrator Required in Dubai

We are hiring a Real Estate Administrator for our company

Job Responsibilities:

Full knowledge of DLD and Trakheesi portals (knows how to create Contracts A, B, F, NOCs, MOU, Tenancy Contracts, and other forms)
Experienced Listing Administration - Bayut Brokerpad, Property Finder- MyCRM, Dubizzle, CRM
Knowledgeable in generating electronic advertisement permits.
Perform other duties as instructed by the Team Manager.
Coordinate and administrate the operations activities of the sales and leasing team.
Checking all the listing documents and ensuring that all the details are correct when publishing the unit.
Editing & and re-publishing of listings.
Appling for a permit number for each listing through the Trakheesi system & coordinating with the agents to have the updated documents when it got expire.
Managing the portal listing usage “premium /featured & refreshes”.
Knowledge in MOUs, DLD knowledge, portal listings, handling calls and quick response, attentive, trustworthy

Requirements:

Previous experience in Real Estate minimum of 1.5 years.
Attention to Detail
Full knowledge of Trakheesi
Expert with all MS Office suite applications.
Excellent marketing research skills.
Capable of managing multiple tasks.
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident speaker.
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Working under time constraints
Organizational skills

We will provide employment visa and insurance.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
