Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Assist Agents in DLD Requirements and Documentation
Preparing listings, verification and Trakheesi Permit
Preparing Forms such as MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, F & I)
Developer registration
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of real estate operations and regulations in Dubai
Knowledge of Dubai Rest App, Trakheesi, DREI, Property Portal CRM's
The salary will be based on your experience and level of expertise.
