Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Gems World Real Estate. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, preparing and presenting offers and counteroffers, conducting property showings, and negotiating contracts. The Real Estate Agent will also provide exceptional customer service and establish relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

Qualified‎ candidates‎ must‎ have‎ a driving‎ vehicle.
A record of successful transactions of at least 10 million dirhams.
Attractive appearance and high communication power.
Min of 2‎ years‎ of‎ experience in‎ the UAE
Customer service and sales skills
Strong knowledge of real estate practices and principles
Familiarity with local real property laws and regulations
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Multilingual skills.
