Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing listings, conducting property tours, negotiating and closing deals, filing documentation, maintaining a network of contacts, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Market savvy: Deep knowledge of Dubai's property market trends and dynamics.
Independent: Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time and workload effectively
Multilingual skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus.
Third Language: Highly Recommended

Specific team/niche: Mention any specialized team or niche your company focuses on.
Qualifications
Real Estate License, Sales, and Real Estate skills
Customer Service skills
Strong understanding of local market trends and conditions
Experience in real property and a proven track record of successful sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
