. • Able to provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties.
Achieve assigned revenue targets

Source / generate leads by active networking and relationship building. Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers and clients.

Analyzing the local real estate market to identify potential properties for clients. This includes conducting market research, reviewing property listings, and evaluating property values.
Able to create attractive property listings that highlight the unique features of each property. This involves taking photographs, writing descriptions, and creating marketing materials.
Overall, He/ She is responsible for helping clients navigate the complex world of real estate. They must have a deep understanding of the market, be skilled negotiators, and provide excellent customer service to ensure that clients have a positive experience.

Proficient in managing time and organizing tasks efficiently.
Must be skilled in negotiating who can work with buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and able to negotiate contracts, review offers, and ensure that all legal requirements are met.
Additional languages would be an asset the preferable Russian, French, German, Arabic
