Key Job Functions: · Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property. · Create and arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings regularly through personal networking and farming… with information on location, features, square footage, etc. · Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, social media, and participation in multiple listing services · Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties. · Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration. · Take prospective buyers/renters to inspect properties and advise them on the merits of properties and terms of sale/rent. · Call regularly all clients to follow up after each viewing. · Follow the proper documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is consistently met. · Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. · Actively be involved in the sale/rent of residential/commercial properties on behalf of clients. Skills Required: · Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking) · Additional languages would be an asset.
