Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker at Amara Real Estate. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating real estate transactions, and building and managing client relationships. The day-to-day tasks will include property showings, negotiating contracts, coordinating with buyers and sellers, and staying updated on market trends and property values.

Qualifications

Brokerage and Real Estate knowledge
Strong customer service and sales skills
Experience in dealing with real property transactions
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems
Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Valid real estate license in Dubai
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
