Real Estate Consultant Required in Dubai We are seeking a Russian speaking Off-Plan Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on off-plan real estate investment opportunities and assisting them with contract negotiations, legal requirements, and other related services. You will use your expertise to provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist them in making informed decisions about their real estate investments. Responsibilities: Advise clients on off-plan real estate investment opportunities Provide detailed information on various properties and their potential returns Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on the latest trends and developments Assist clients with contract negotiations and legal requirements Work closely with developers, brokers, and other real estate professionals Maintain accurate and timely records of all transactions. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in off-plan real estate consulting Proven track record of successful transactions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations Proficiency with real estate software and technology, including CRM and MLS systems Proficiency with real estate software and technology Fluency in English & Russian (Chinese/Farsi/ Turkish is a plus).
