List, market, and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants. Conduct property viewings with clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property. Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, striving for favorable terms for both parties. Facilitate property transactions by coordinating with legal, financial, and other relevant parties. Stay updated on market conditions, property values, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents with clients, ensuring their understanding and accuracy. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably with a focus on the Russian-speaking market. Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages (verbal and written). In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, neighborhoods, and legal regulations. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple parties in complex transactions. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
