Real Estate Consultant Required in Dubai BayLaSun Real Estate is looking for a proactive Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant. He/She will be responsible for providing clients with advice on ownership and investment in Dubai, and UAE properties, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in the real estate market. Roles & Responsibilities: • Attend to inquiries and coordinate appointments with clients. • Follow-up on marketing leads to close the deal. • Generate new leads. • Achieve sales target and work independently and as part of a team. • Evaluate Customer needs and build productive long-term, trust relationships. • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property options they are considering. • Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale. • Communicate with developers' sales teams to prepare sales materials. • Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the property value, and discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers. • Attend events and property launches organised by developers. • Deliver presentations, and updates to current or prospective customers via email and WhatsApp. • Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies in the different Emirates. • Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions. • Find clients in need of consultancy services through calls, advertisements, and business presentations. • Analyse market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas. • Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. Property Consultant Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field is preferred. - UAE Driving License, and a car is a MUST. - Proven experience in property management or real estate from 1 to 4 years. - Sound knowledge of real estate laws. - Passionate about Real Estate and financially driven. - Organized and detailed oriented. - Well-groomed & Presentable. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Strong use of MS Office and research tools. - Strong negotiation skills. - Excellent analytical skills. - Effective communication skills. - Exceptional customer service skills.
