Real Estate Sales Agent Required in Dubai We are seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our team at REPUBLIK real estate. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all transactions are completed smoothly. Responsibilities: Actively seek out potential clients through various marketing methods, such as advertising and networking. Assess the value of properties based on location and market trends. Assist buyers by informing them about upcoming projects both off-plan and ready. Facilitate the closing process as per company guidelines Maintain strong relationships with clients. Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to the real estate industry. Requirements: Must be multilingual. Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Hungarian, French, and Ukrainian will be an added advantage, but all applicants are welcome. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. High level of customer service and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must have own car and driving license in the UAE.
