Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Manager located in Dubai. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, cultivating existing relationships, and developing new ones. They will also be responsible for negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market to provide clients with the best service and identifying innovative opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to work independently, as well as with teams and clients
Knowledge of real estate investment, sales, and marketing
Create and maintain relationships with clients/ investors
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Experience in client management and sales
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
