Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at VIM Coffee in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Barista will be responsible for preparing coffee, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Other day-to-day tasks may include food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Experience in a Barista role, with knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
Experience in Customer Service, with a friendly and outgoing personality
Food Preparation and presentation skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
Knowledge of different types of coffee and brewing methods is a plus
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus
