The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, a strong culinary background, and a track record of leading high-performing teams. Executive Chef Responsibilities: Develop and manage all culinary operations of the hotel, including multiple restaurants, room service, and banquets. Create innovative menus that are in line with the hotel's brand and appeal to a diverse range of guests. Manage food and labour costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgets. Hire, train, and lead a team of chefs, cooks, and other culinary staff. Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Executive Chef Requirements: At least 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of international cuisine and trends, as well as traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. Experience managing multiple restaurants and culinary teams. Proven ability to create innovative menus that are on-trend and appeal to a diverse range of guests. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage costs, budgets, and inventory.
