Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 6 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands. As a Hostess, you will be greeting customers as they arrive and as they leave while ensuring they had an excellent dining experience. What you will do: Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary. Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions. Providing great customer service. Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed. Must be knowledgeable of the menu. Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions. Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them. Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service. Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers. Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas. Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards.
