Hostess Required in Dubai We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented Ambassador/Hostess to join our team at a popular tourist attraction. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors, providing information about the attraction, answering questions, selling tickets, and ensuring that visitors have a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide visitors with accurate and helpful information about the attraction, including hours of operation, admission prices, exhibits, and events. Sell tickets to visitors and process transactions accurately. Assist visitors with any special needs or requests, including language translation services. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that visitors have a positive and memorable experience. Monitor visitor traffic and crowd control to ensure safety and a pleasant experience for all guests. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the gift shop, and restocking inventory as needed. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that all visitor needs are met. Handle visitor complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or tourism industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with visitors of all ages and backgrounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes crowded environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed. Positive attitude and team player mentality.
