Sommelier Required in Dubai Parisima Talent is hiring with one of our clients in hospitality, high-end steakhouse restaurant. Job title: Sommelier / Senior Sommelier Job location: Jumeirah, Dubai Job specifications: Extensive knowledge of wines, including regions, grape varieties, winemaking techniques, and food and wine pairing principles. Certification as a sommelier (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirit Education Trust) is highly desirable. Several years of experience in a sommelier role, with a proven track record of managing a wine program. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized wine recommendations based on individual preferences. Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage wine inventory, cellar operations, and handle guest inquiries. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the establishment's operating hours.
