Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the local sales team, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment.
- Formulate effective channel strategies, including selecting and managing partners to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to support channel partners and end-users.
- Leverage organizational resources to drive market growth.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and drive engagement within the commercial teams (including internal and distributor teams).
- Implement and monitor performance management of channel partners, ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory practices.
- Drive initiatives to completion, ensuring impactful outcomes.
- Manage relationships with customers, distributors, and global partners.
Problem Solving:
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and effective relationship-building skills.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to meet financial targets and ensure proper monitoring and reporting of metrics.
- Continuously monitor sales processes, including forecasting and pipeline management using SalesForce and other designated IT tools.
- Employ strong influencing skills.
- Collaborate across geographies and divisions to leverage business scale.
- Utilize comprehensive product and application knowledge for consultative and strategic selling presentations.
- Assume overall responsibility for revenue.
- Manage sales with multiple distributor partners and direct customers.
- Drive company and channel partner strategies to achieve business goals.
