Role Description

Titan Financial Brokers is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role located in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying and pursuing leads, managing existing client accounts, and promoting and selling banking products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach to sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
Prior experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and selling skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and other languages is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
